Software & Support Options
  • Standard – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • Unlimited (including Public Holidays) – 24 hour / 7 days
Economical
  • Month-to-Month billing (No long term locked contracts)
  • Optional ‘Pay as you go’ Rate
  • Support Fees are based on customers system configuration and number of devices. Detailed quotes will be tendered after a free remote site evaluation
Hardware Repairs

Hardware repairs, replacements and onsite support incur extra fees. Rented hardware is replaced at no cost apart from freight charges where applicable.

Customisation

Customisation is one of our specialties. We have a team of programmers and developers who have been satisfying customers’ special requirements for years. Whether it is export routines with specific formats for 3rd party software, such as for accounting or stock control or display charts to provide instant feedback to the decision makers, we can provide it. All customisation is pre-quoted so there are no surprises along with quick project turnarounds.
